2-day intuitive leadership training course
Who? What? Where?
This intensive two-day training is suitable for managers who have gained experience in their role and want to grow further. It also happens frequently that managers register because they encounter challenges. A prerequisite for participation is that managers are actually managing a team in their current role. The training takes place at a beautiful location in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Both the training and the overnight stay are provided at this location. There is no need to travel in between. In addition to the training modules offered, there will be walks in the forest. There is no need to bring special clothing for this.

The participants are at the center of the program. Everyone is free to bring in practical cases and these will therefore guide the personal guidance. Furthermore, no preparations are expected in the run-up to the two-day course. After the training, the trainer is available for remote assistance. There is no extra charge for this.
